General: TBS Class 1-66 (July – December 1965) consisted of two companies: Alpha – 192 officers and Bravo – 193 officers ,  totaling 385 USMC officers, primarily from NROTC and PLC programs, as well as 35 graduates of the U.S. Naval Academy. Twenty (20) of our classmates gave their lives for our nation during the Vietnam War. Prominent officers in Class 1-66 were General Richard I. “Butch” Neal, USMC (Ret), Assistant Commandant of Marine Corps; General Anthony C. “Tony” Zinni, USMC (Ret), Commander, United States Central Command; MajGen Marvin “Ted” Hopgood, USMC (Ret); and MajGen David A.”Dave” Richwine, USMC (Ret).
Past Reunions: None. Golden 50th will be first reunion.
Future Reunions: Golden 50th Anniversary Reunion, October 2- 5, 2016, Quantico.

TBS Class 1-67, Alpha and Bravo Companies
General: TBS Class 1-67 (05 July – 23 November 1967) consisted of two companies: Alpha – 187 officers and Bravo – 185 officers , totaling 372 USMC officers.

ALPHA Company:
Primarily from NROTC, NESEP, and PLC programs, as well as 9 graduates of the U.S. Naval Academy. 10 of our classmates gave their lives for our nation during the Vietnam War. Prominent officers in Class 1-67 Alpha Company were BGen Stephen R Berkheiser.

Wholley, Director of the Judge Advocate Division, September 1993; BGen Coleman Daniel (Dan) Kuhn, Jr., Deputy Commander Marine Forces Pacific, Marine Corps Bases Pacific. 1993.

Class 1-68: Alpha Company

General: Class 1-68 had one Company (Alpha) with 219 graduates. Most officers in this Class have a commissioning date of 7-Jun-1967. Prominent officers in Class 1-67/Alpha Company were: 

General Michael Williams, served as Assistant Commandant of the Marine Corps until his retirement from active duty in November 2002 with 36 years of service.

Lieutenant General Michael DeLong served as Deputy Commander, United States Central Command, second-in-command to General Tommy Franks during Operations Desert Shield/Desert Storm. Lieutenant General DeLong retired in 2003 with over 36 years of service.

Major General Thomas L. Wilkerson served as Commander, Marine Forces Reserve – the largest command in the Marine Corps, with more than 100,000 Marines at 200 sites around the United States – until his retirement in 1998 with over 31 years of service.
